the switch is made

thanks to a kind comment, I stuck with it this morning and made the switch-I need to make sure my email setting works...other than that...hurray for being able to remember my google account info!

I really need to get out the door, it's raining buckets outside...I think our usual rains have arrived with extra water to make up for starting so much later in the year!
I am supposed to drive about 20 miles to guild tonight...if this water pouring from the skies keeps up...I may cancel as they are warning of too much water on the highways causing ...yep, hyro-planing...I so don't want to play bumper cars out there!

Luckily my drive to work is all side streets. I have been reading up on holiday cookie recipes-will be baking this weekend for a work bake off on Monday. I may be doing weight watchers, but, I can still bake cookies and enjoy other folks gobbling them up. And a cookie or two or three will be ok with me too!

I'm glad you were able to switch with no problems. The other problem with not switching is that people who have show up as annonymous on your comments. I was the first one on your comments yesterday but showed up as anonymous. Now you should be able to see who I am again. Lol.

Good that the deed is done in spite of the aggravations. Yesterday I couldnt access the dashboard pages because of that "no cookies" or 404 error. Just booted a couple times and all was forgiven---sheesh, electronic things can be a royal pain!

So what kind of holiday cookie recipe(nice segue, huh?) did you come up with? I would put my order in for white chocolate macadamia nut or Pride of Iowa (family recipe)

Hey there - not only a lot of rain but they are talking of high winds tonight also. I will not blame you a bit if you decide to stay home. In fact, if you do I think I will also. I tweaked my back a couple days ago but don't see the chiropractor until tomorrow. I think I've got a pinched psyatic nerve - I know that's not spelled correctly but that's the best I can do. I might not have the most comfortable time sitting on the chairs. Besides, we are spending time together on Saturday. You can always email me directions.

Welcome to beta. I know the move is scary, but once it's made you should be fine.

I'm watching the NFL game in Seattle right now and it is absolutely raining buckets. I hope you stayed safe tonight.

I'm not baking any cookies this year but Adam said he was going to bring some when he comes Wednesday to see us off to Minnesota.

I'm completely off the Weight Watchers wagon and need to get back on it. It's been difficult because we haven't been eating at home at all between being in Minneapolis and Virginia and back to Marietta. I can't wait to get settled.

I hope you got to go to your meeting. But I also hope you are safe! The cookie bake-off sounds like a fun thing to do at work. Enjoy yourself.

Welcome to Beta. Glad you made the "crossing" in one piece. Hope the rain has eased off a bit by the time you read this.

Hi Cher, long time no see. I'm happy to say my eye is acting like it belongs to a human being again..gradually. Just a little bloodiness left..thank goodness.
As of this a.m. Beta still doesn't want me, but I'm going to keep trying. Like you, maybe I'll hit it lucky one of these times..Good to see you again, great pics with Patti and Cathi!! Hugs, Finn
